Gang Badoy, Rock Ed PhilippinesI spoke to Jess Marquez of Totally Creative Graphics Studio na, it turns out they accept submissions from non-contractual artists and the said design (ripped off from Cynthia Bauzon-Arre’s illustration) was submitted last year by a freelancer.
We are arranging for a meeting with them soon, it seems like a costly oversight, but an oversight nonetheless and they acknowledge that. Rock Ed, representing Cynthia Bauzon-Arre and their company will meet up very soon to find an amicable arrangement to address this mishap.
